Oliver Della Costa Stuenkel es analista político, autor, conferencista y profesor de la Escuela de Relaciones Internacionales de la Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) en São Paulo. También es investigador del Carnegie Endowment de Washington DC y del Global Public Policy Institute (GPPi) de Berlín, y columnista de las revistas Estadão y Americas Quarterly. Su investigación se centra en la geopolítica, las potencias emergentes, la política latinoamericana y el papel de Brasil en el mundo.
